Honey

Honey is harvested in late spring (a light golden color) and summer (a rich amber) and is bottled in traditional honey jars: 2 pound jars ($24.00), one pound jars ($12.00), and 8 oz jars ($8:00).

Honey bees fly in a radius up to five miles from their hive, collecting nectar from a large variety of flowering plants. In New England there are few areas planted to monocrops, so the resulting honey contains nectar from many plant species. Heathwing's honey is a pure raw wildflower honey that helps relieve symptoms of allergies.
